We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The room was absolutely modern and very clean. The hotel facilities were great and the staff was excellent, very forthcoming and friendly. They even surprised us with a special gift in the room on the last day of our honeymoon. The hotel's location is perfect, as we could enjoy the view of the snow-capped mountains from our room or take a short drive to the lake of Issykkul, which is surrounded by those beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious and the staff prepared a wide range of choices.

The hotel is located a bit far from the bustling centre, but with a short walk you can be in the heart of the city. , it's within driving distance to the stunning Issykkul Lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Our room was spacious but the bathroom had a bit of a moldy smell. However, housekeeping staff did their best to remedy the issue. The free breakfast was decent but options were limited.

The gym was a bit outdated and not well-maintained.

During our stay in the capital, we found a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Our room was very well-furnished, and had all the necessary amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was perfect - close to the city center and several local attractions.

There was little variety on offer, and if the hotel wasn't fully booked, the spread was smaller than usual. Nonetheless, we didn't let this spoil our overall experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and comfortable rooms.
